Message from the Registrar
Welcome to one of the fastest-growing institutions in the Western region. The Office of the Registrar acts as the nerve center of the college, managing admissions, examinations, and academic records.
We work closely with Heads of Departments to ensure that every trainee is not just admitted, but mentored into a responsible professional. Our courses are examined by TVET CDACC and align with national development goals.

Academic Levels & Entry Requirements
We admit trainees in both technical and business programmes at the following levels:

Level 6
Diploma / Degree Support KCSE Mean Grade C– (Minus) and above

Level 5
Certificate / Craft KCSE Mean Grade D (Plain) and D+ (Plus)

Level 4
Artisan KCSE Mean Grade D– (Minus) and below

Level 3
Basic Skills KCPE Certificate
The Examinations Office also issues transcripts, verifies matriculation, and manages data for KUCCPS and HELB.
